Fur-Ever Tails Pet Services is a family business. As proud parents of a beautiful dog and cat, we believe every pet deserves love, comfort, quality care, and the opportunity to live a long, happy life. Our mission is to provide dependable and compassionate pet care services that give pet owners peace of mind while ensuring their furry family members feel safe, cared for, and valued. We understand that every pet and every family has different needs, which is why we take an individual, tailored approach to each pet we care for. Whether it’s dog walking, drop-in visits, special accommodations, or personalized requests, we are committed to working closely with our clients to provide the best possible experience for both pets and owners.

**For the safety of all pets, dogs participating in backyard play or drop-in visits must be current on Rabies, DHPP/DAPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Dogs must be friendly with other dogs and comfortable in public environments. Dogs must also be flea/tick-free.

Weekend emergency pet recovery support — $65 Per Hr. Service Includes: neighborhood search, community and social media posting assistance, multiple neighborhood sweeps, flyer distribution * (2HR minimum, while every effort is made, successful recovery cannot be guaranteed*

What is happens if there's bad weather?

Your pet's safety and comfort are our top priorities. In cases of severe weather, including lightning, thunderstorms, extreme heat, hurricanes, or other unsafe conditions, services may be modified, shortened, rescheduled, or moved indoors when appropriate. For dog walks, we may substitute indoor playtime, enrichment activities, or extra companionship to ensure your pet still receives quality care. We will communicate with you as soon as possible regarding any weather-related changes.

Do you provide an arrival window for service?

We don’t schedule exact arrival times—but there’s a good reason! To keep your costs low, we optimize our routes the night before based on drive time and location. That said, you’ll still know when we’re coming! We send an “on the way” text before we arrive and a photo of your little one when we’re done, so you can feel confident that your furry friends are safe and sound.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. Fur-Ever Tails Pet Services is fully insured and bonded, giving our clients added confidence that their pets, homes, and property are protected while in our care.

Do I have to be home for service?

No. Most of our clients are away from home while services are being provided. Fur-Ever Tails Pet Services can securely access your property using your preferred entry method, such as a key, lockbox, garage code, or smart lock. Your pet will receive the same attentive care whether you are home or away. We are committed to respecting your property and maintaining the privacy and security of your home at all times.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Month-to-month contracts are optional but not required. Before services begin, we simply ask all clients to complete our client information, pet care, and service agreement forms so we can provide safe, reliable care for your pet.

How do I schedule service?

Contact us by phone, text, email, or through the portal on our website. We can discuss your needs and find a service plan that works best for you and your pet.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee.

Will I receive updates about my fur baby?

Yes. We can provide visit updates, photos, and notes so you know how your pet is doing during each service.

What happens in an emergency?

If a pet emergency occurs, we will immediately attempt to contact you and your emergency contact. If necessary, we will seek veterinary care based on the instructions provided in your client profile.

Do you care for cats?

Yes. We offer cat care services including feeding, litter box maintenance, companionship, and drop-in visits.
